"If you must play,
decide upon three things at the start:
the rules of the game,
the stakes,
and the quitting time."
- Chinese Proverb

A story where we follow the "popular rich bitch" after the "socially awkward nerd" (you know her, you love her, you ship her with the bad boy in every teen fiction book you've ever read) steals her boyfriend. Get ready to learn what happens when the high school cliché is told by the girl you've come to think of as the enemy.

Just a day before the start of her senior year Skylar's long term boyfriend Griffin reveals that he's fallen in love with the girl Sky had always underestimated. In hindsight she should have seen this coming all along but she was too self involved to try to stop the inevitable.

In the midst of an emergency girl's night Skylar strikes up a drunken bet with her best friends. Will Sky make it an entire school year without guys or will a new guy in her life cause her to risk it all?
