A prequel of sorts of The Skylar Experiment focusing on life in Oakwood before Riley came along. It shows the twins over the years, their dynamic with Raymond and the evolution of Lauren as she started to uncover the existence of NIO before everyone else found out, as well as the events leading up to her disappearance. It's also about her life after leaving Oakwood, navigating the organization's system while the rest of her family believes she is dead. 

This prequel less formal, and it's also for me to explore different writing styles. I'll be doing flashbacks, third person POV, sometimes first person but when the characters are very young. I'll be doing my best all the time on the parts that matter, but you might see sometimes less description of a setting or time and the reader is just situated immediately instead. 

It's more like catching relevant glimpses of the past. For those who are curious, enjoy! One day I might come back on it and make it as smooth as the main story and timeline.All Rights Reserved

Her brother intervenes and helps his little sister see that it's okay to let her guard down and once she does she sees that Bucky was everything she could hope for in a boyfriend.
