(I won't lie in saying I actually liked the first Suicide Squad movie. I liked the idea of picking people so unpredictable that they could potentially be a safeguard against another Kryptonian threat. However, I did feel like the writing choice to have a team of maniacs and mutants fight an alien god witch lady was a bad start to what could have been an intriguing arc of movies.

So I'm setting to rewrite the first movie, while meshing some aspects from the second movie directed by James Gunn. And throwing in a bit of my specialty with an altered version of Spider-Man and a meshed version of the DC and Marvel universes that'll give a form of character I feel will give the world of Suicide Squad was missing. So without further ado, let me introduce you all to my version of the Suicide Squad)

Belle Reve Federal Penitentiary, where the worst of the worst go that don't fit at Arkham Asylum. Meta-Enhanced individuals who willing and intentionally put their skills to malcontent. Or even just exceptionally extraordinary human beings who just can't be contained in conventional prisons anymore.

This place is where one Amanda Waller has set her eyes on, to try and give a little project of hers a test run. Task Force X, an ensemble of Maniacs, Murderers and Mercenaries that get sent on missions to potentially get time knocked off of their lengthy sentences. How will things play out for the Cadmus leader when she has to contend with clown girl psychiatrists, a mathematical genius sharpshooter and one teenager who seems to be able to match wits with her?

You've gotta watch out for the quiet ones and they hardly come quieter than shy but pretty Harleen Quinzel. New to Gotham City, the fledgling psychiatrist is starting her career by assessing new intakes at the infamous Blackgate Prison, a place so dangerous and ugly it makes the rest of Gotham look like a garden in springtime. Clashing immediately with the head doctor, Joan Leland, doesn't help. Let's face it-there's very little in her life to make her smile, let alone laugh. However, on the upside, she is starting to meet people. There's her new neighbor, Slade Wilson, a handsome and mysterious older man-and he finds her just as attractive. Although they definitely have chemistry, he is kind of lacking in the sense of humor department-and then he's also so secretive about his profession. Then on Christmas Day, like the best present ever, she meets someone new. Someone who makes her laugh. Someone who really cracks open her shell and brings her out of the grey, dismal mood it seems she's been in forever. So he's not conventionally handsome, with his green hair and his really, really pale complexion-what does that matter? He's got a wonderful sense of humor, he makes her pulse race, and is he ever a stylish dresser. Only problem is, he's a new intake and a probable mass murderer. Is this some kind of a joke life's playing on her? And how can she believe he's serious? And then there's Slade, who is not the kind to give up easily. He's been away, busy with a squad with suicidal tendencies, but he promised to come back for her.

During a fight against some of the DC heroes' greatest villains, they all find themselves transported to a new reality. There are heroes (and villains) in this universe too, but some of their qualities seem awfully familiar. How will some members of the batfamily, justice league, and the DC villains react when they meet the Avengers, earth's mightiest heroes? Just a heads up ahead of time, some of these comparisons will be accurate to what COMIC book characters were based off who, but I won't be doing that for all of them necessarily if their characters are lesser known. Though most of the marvel characters are from the MCU, some of their characters were changed slightly for the big screen. So if their character was changed too much for them to relate to the DC equivalent, I'll probably write them with their comics backstory, appearance, etc. The first few chapters will explain the few differences though. I hope you guys enjoy, I've never written a cross over book before so I hope it's not bad. I do read a lot of comic books though and have seen all the movies so hopefully at least it shouldn't be a disaster. And also, forgive the crappy cover lol. If you have any thoughts on the book, I encourage you to comment. I like constructive criticism and I really like hearing your guys' opinions. It really means a lot to hear from you. So if you like it, comment and vote, and again I hope you guys enjoy! Also, congratulations to any person who actually read all this. I applaud you. 👏👏👏

A few hours. It only took a few hours for our greatest ally to become our greatest threat. On a normal day like any other, The Joker once again breaks out of Arkham and reeks havoc on the world, only this time he has a new buddy to play with in Superman. The Clown Prince of Crime, along with the help of Scarecrow, combines fear toxin with Kryptonite to drug the Kryptonian into thinking he's fighting Doomsday when in reality it's really Lois Lane, who at the time was carrying the son of her and Superman and a remote detonation device built into Lois' heart that's rigged to blow Metropolis to the ground not to mention killing 8 million people. In a rageful state, Superman flies over to Arkham Asylum en route to Batman and Joker, and when he gets there he kills The Joker and becomes the biggest criminal the world has ever known. After that Superman makes the One Earth Government or 'Regime' to bring peace, whereas Batman and Robin(Y/n L/n) make the Insurgency as a way to combat Superman and make him see that what he's doing is wrong. Along the way death comes to any who oppose Superman with a few well known names like Oliver Queen(Green Arrow) and Dick Grayson(Nightwing) who gets killed by Damian Wayne. Injustice Gods Among Us(Done): 5/20/2023 Injustice 2(Done): 10/28/2023 Injustice 3(On Hold) I do not own anything based on the games or movies except for the reader.
