But after a Nomu suddenly turns on her, she gets left behind in the hands of the heroes. Her life suddenly changes, new surrounding and emotions, especially with some hot-headed spike-haired boy. Her Quirk training involves a lot of cardio, and strength training. She must also maintain a lot of red meat and healthy greens in her diet to help blood cell production.
