"I think you're going to learn a lot of things about this city and the people that you won't want to."

Madeleine Sówka has spent the last twelve years of her life believing she knows what monsters look like. They are the people who hide in the background, preying on the vulnerable, and taking them the second their mother's and father's turn their backs.

And she thought she knew what hell on Earth was after twelve years of being imprisoned in Umbrella's hands. Until the night of July 24th, 1998...

S.T.A.R.S. has disbanded and members are on the down low, but things are far from settled amongst the civilians in the nearby town of Raccoon City. The place that she lives. The very home of Umbrella's HQ in the US. People are going missing and an unknown disease is slowly spreading through the city, a disease that she and her S.T.A.R.S. team members know very well what it truly is. And just exactly what it means for Raccoon, but days before she can escape the city is overrun and destroyed by the same T-Virus infected, flesh-hungry zombies she fought for her life against in the mansion.

It's dim and hopeless, with no end to the misery in sight. But what she doesn't know is two people are on their way to that same city, and they just might be the people who will save her life and gain her the freedom she has so desperately sought...

10 parts Complete Mature
In the harrowing depths of Raccoon City, where the stench of death permeates the air and terror lurks around every corner, a familiar face emerges from the shadows. Stryker, once a resident of this forsaken city, had settled into a desolate life behind prison walls. But fate, in its twisted irony, granted him an opportunity for redemption-a chance to be set free, not by the hands of justice, but by joining the formidable U.B.S.C. Years have passed since that fateful decision, and Stryker finds himself once again deployed into the heart of the city that holds his darkest memories. Raccoon City, ravaged by a relentless zombie virus, becomes the battleground for survival, where hope is a flickering flame amid the encroaching darkness. It is in this grim landscape that Stryker's path collides with that of his former friend, Jill Valentine-a resilient warrior whom he had silently admired from afar, believing he could never bridge the chasm between them. But as the relentless pursuit of the monstrous Nemesis bears down upon them, the boundaries that once separated Stryker and Jill begin to blur. Forced into a desperate alliance, they must face the horrors that lie ahead together. In the crucible of chaos, their destinies intertwine, and a bond forged by shared struggles and untold dangers grows stronger with each passing moment. As they navigate treacherous streets riddled with the undead, their relationship evolves, morphing from hesitant allies to something more. Beneath the weight of impending doom, a fragile connection blossoms-a connection that defies the despair of their surroundings. In this crucible of survival, love and trust become their only solace, their only hope. My eyes were literally glowing, there was no mistaking it. It was not a reflection of light, or any of the other excuses I had used or others had assumed. They were glowing a light sapphire blue color. It was not a bright glow, but it was definitely a glow. Glowing eyes were not normal. Okay, at this point I had to admit it, I was no longer normal.
