Izuku Midoriya never received the one-for-all quirk and was not able to become a student at UA. However he gained a new mentor- Stain - before stain went crazy and was able to be taught new methods of fighting that allow him to become a hero without a quirk. During the daytime he works at a cafe while during the night he learns how to become a true hero who doesn't need fame.
