Bakugo and class A have made it to the second year and have witnessed many of the short comings of the hero society on the way but the biggest is yet to come in the form of a 16 year old girl named Kimiko Setsuko.

Kimiko has spent her whole life trying to prove that she can be trusted to the Hero Commission just to be chained back up every time. She gets placed into Sūmato Academy class 2-C and told to lay low and complete her education but when they go on a trip to UA she's given another chance to prove herself.

Aizawa and Nezu want to give the young girl a chance and with support from 2-A and a certain angry boy she's finally able to start working towards a dream of her own even if her path there is unlike any other.
