The Galaxy of Kuxtal (pronounced Koosh-tahl) is a series of short stories that all take place in the Universe of "Life", one that is very much like our own, except that a small difference in atomic properties results in a huge increase in the likelihood of life emerging spontaneously in this universe. In our universe, life is rare, but in the Galaxy of Kuxtal, life emerges in nearly every star system. There are 4 trillion stars, and life forms were traveling the stars for over 5 million years before they invented warp travel or created a galactic government. This world has a long, rich history, but now a mysterious force threatens to destroy it all.

This is a world with unlimited potential for storytelling. One voice could not tell the whole tale. I am writing more stories to go in this world, but I could never hope to fill it alone.
