False Prophecy

Gods, pure beings of the skies that most religions have. Zeus, Odin, Ra, Jesus, and millions more from a million other religions, but what if everyone was wrong? What if new gods showed up that have never been seen or heard of, and they are the true ones? A new god of the ocean, new god of the underworld, and a new god of the skies. Thousands of gods came from presenting themselves to the Earth's people telling them who they are and what they came to do. They follow a specific prophecy and must follow every word in it and showing themselves now is exactly what it asks. Many have taken on this new religion, others deny it and continue on their own faith, and some others believe these are aliens. But there is also another small handful of people that blame their own suffering on the gods because they did in fact cause it. These people want one thing, and one thing only, to end all of these self-proclaimed gods.
