The archaic American language of the Powhatan people is vanishing, this is a short story on what the language is, who spoke it, where it's from, and why it's disappearing from the world. There aren't very many educational stories, so I thought I should give it a shot.

It all started with a confession. They vowed to love each other for the rest of their lives. To be with each other's side through thick and thin. They will be each other's happiness and strength. They will be the best couple to ever live on Earth. A sweet promise of a four year old lad to his mother's friend daughter. But many years had past. They grew up. They met a lot of people. They got mature. They become strangers. Where did their sweet promise to love each other forever go? Was it buried in the past already? How? How did they end up as strangers? That was her question.
