Bonded By Love

In a stern tone, with his sterling grey eyes fixed sharply on my face, Naoh said, "I have decided to take Alice."

My heart dropped, I could no longer feel the cold air. The thing I almost always feared, had become a reality.

Tears gushed up and filled my eyes and I was about to break down in a huge cry, when the same, stern Noah, changed his voice to the soft guy he was.
This time his eyes stared at me with a lot more sympathy and he spoke in the most beautiful tone ever, "I don't want Alice alone, Catherine."

My feelings had the fastest roller-coaster ride in the past 2 minutes than they ever did in a lifetime. Suddenly, a shocked, heartbroken and teary Catherine was now feeling a rush of emotions which ranged from pure ecstasy to a beautiful sense of comfort.

Catherine Blyton, since her graduation, has focused on only two things religiously - Jewellery, because that's work & Perfumes, well because, that's a favourite. Apart from this, her life has been work, eat, sleep and repeat.

At an age where she should be living her best wild life, Catherine stays lowkey, owing to a late realisation heartbreak from years ago. Although she has given a way to some excitement in life since finding a new love interest a year ago.

One volunteering evening, one little girl & a blast from the past is all it'll take to spin around Catherine's life.
