Maybe if she hadn't crashed into that family of four, she wouldn't have been forced to spend every night in the Wheelers' basement. Maybe if she didn't pay attention to her brother's D&D sessions, she wouldn't have cared that Will Byers went missing. Maybe if she hadn't gone into the woods and discovered that little girl with a shaved head, the hellish dimension beneath them wouldn't have started to leak through. Maybe if she stopped being so damn friendly to Steve Harrington, she would have never noticed how beautiful he is.
