Million year ago, the mankind been fought together alongside with other races to driving off the demon back to hell, but soon being overwhelmed by Surtur the Ruler of Hell and his horde of demon, slowly driving everything to the brink of extinction.

After Surtur's death, the world are finally at peaceful and Sel'Viore become the beacon of hope and image of hero across the world. But one day, he mysteriously vanish from this world and the tales of Sel'Viore soon forgotten, become a legend and the myth.

The world is now currently being watch over by the Ascended Ones, carrying Sel'Viore legacy to continue maintain the peace.
