Balleli's parents are based off the large number of abusive parents stereotypically from people of asian backgrounds and how abusive parents can cause heartbreak for their children.

The siblings of txt are based on all the supportive siblings that many families are lucky to have and is based off a friend of mine who has supportive siblings she/they love. 

 The close friendships between the characters in this story are based off my close friendship with one of my friends who loves kpop as much as I do!

Balleli and Yeonjun have had the closest sibling bond anyone could have ever wanted but after her tragic head injury, one spring morning in South Korea, Balleli can't remember anything but the fact that her brother is there for her. We go through the memories of the Choi family, the struggle of Balleli's eldest brother, Yeonjun and the past memories of Balleli, her progress to remembering what happened before.  She must take pills to allow the blood to stay in her head. Through her connection with her best friends, Soobin and Beomgyu, learning how to cook again with Taehyun and her first love for Huening Kai.
