In 1930, in the village of Hindan, district Samghar Sindh, our beloved Swamiji was born, in the house of pious souls, Shri Hiranand and Mata Moeta Bai, who were humility personified. Mata Moeta Bai was the sister of Satguru Swami Sarvanand ji Maharaj. Blessed was he that he grew in the atmosphere of Sanctity and harmony.

Pooj Satguru Swami Haridasram ji Maharaj was given the name "Lalchand". As Swamiji grew up and went to school, he received education in Hindi and Gurmukhi on top of the standard curriculum. On a regular basis, he dedicated some time composing bhajans and studying the Holy Scriptures.
