This is the summer the birds filled the sky. This is the summer like all other summers. This is the summer I saw you. Amara Gibbons goes to her Grandparents' for the Summer. It was like the other summers when she visits the neighbourhood and buys ice cream with Phoenix the kelpie and feeds chips to the mall pigeons. One night, a comet crashed near the town, and everything was far from normal after the night.
