Stuart Pot is a delight, he has good grades, decent amount of friends, good conduct, and a lot of potential. Token Golden Child.

Murdoc Niccals is your average class clown, always being noisy, yelling profanities and never bothering to even pay attention or respect his superiors. He is cursed with a controversial family name that makes everyone around him assume he's a monster, since that's what the Niccalses are infamous for.

Things get heavy as the two are pushed together to be friends and find out about why they are the way they are. Stuart is shocked to see Murdoc having a paternal side, despite his childhood, and Murdoc is surprised Stuart's life isn't all sunshine and rainbows either, this causes the two to bond in ways they never thought they would
