The world is not what it seems. Illusions and shadows hide mysteries unknown to the unsuspecting human eye. You can sometimes get a glimpse with the corner of your eye and your mind gets taken over by an unknown fear, but once you turn to look there is nothing there. Maybe it was just the imagination playing tricks or was it really something there? There were few in the past that could clearly see this hidden world. Hear the whispers, feel the darkness. Books were written but they were deemed as fantasy. Of course, humans chose to see only the evil brought into the world by their own species, but what if some of the unsolved mysteries of the past were not even their doing? What if there is more out there but we are too afraid to look past our rational judgement? Legends, myths some known and some unknown. What if the Gods mentioned all over the world are all real and live in a realm parallel from Earth? What if they created more than just the human soul? ......... A/n: I will move the book under the Mature Rating. I realized that after a certain chapter things start to get bloody, a little bit (more) violent. TWs: Verbal and Physical Violence, Blood, Mental Health Issues, Death, Alcohol Abuse, Strong Language (will updated the list as it goes on) Current word count ~55.000 words State: A little over half of the story is currently posted First draft! :)
