Decended from kings, his lineage was filled with men of greatness, wisdom, charisma, and renown. Mistafit however, was a different breed. A maverick in his ways and an adventurer in his soul, he was a conundrum for his people. From an early age he was recognized as not just a capable fighter, but a powerful user of magic. In a land where magic was regarded with not just wonder, but also great caution. As the depths of his abilities reveal themselves, the time of great peace is shattered. The ever growing rift between the royal brothers has sundered the bloodline and led to all out war.

Just as Mistafit is entering the age of ability as a young man, he finds himself centered in the battle that will determine his place among the great ones. Will he choose the side light and good, or will he decend into the realm of evil and darkness? Mistafit faces choices beyond imagination that will decide not just the fate of the kingdom, but the fate of family, friends, and life itself.
