The five Clans have lived for moons and moons, generations passing on and old stories being forgotten. Today, they live on the edge of a mountain range, with SkyClan holding the highest camp alongside a mountain. Leaf-bare has passed, leaving many new kits being born and joining this Clan-- two of these kits by name of Vanillakit and Quietkit. Two loners who seem to grow attached instantly.

However, their paths go apart. Vanillakit is to join the ranks of medicine cat, while Quietkit aims to be the next leader of SkyClan. Yet, as they grow into apprentices and eventually full grown cats, they two realize their feelings for each other... and they know that while they live within the boundaries of the Warrior Code, they could never be.

...At least not until they take their fate into their own paws.
