1808, Y/N had been the maid of the Fezziwig family for nearly 4 years, she was practically a member of it as she had taken work in their home at just the age of 17. As fate had it, the daughter of Nigel Fezziwig, Isabel, was only a year or so younger than her and they soon became best friends. The story here starts when a strangely familiar boy begins to work as Mr Fezziwig's apprentice.

Well hello there, I see your Netflix "Scrooge: A Christmas Carol" obsession has brought you here. This fan fiction will be a romance between Y/N and young Ebenezer, much like his and Isabel's story.
I will be writing a fic corresponding with the movie's events later, but the events in this book won't correlate to it.
Hopefully, you guys like this and I hope all of us recover from this soon :D
BTW the cover is my artwork!

James Bucky Barnes x OC AU / 18+ mature content The story is inspired by the Marvel Cinematic Universe and its characters. I don't own any of the characters or original Marvel storylines. There are Marvel references and Easter eggs (Both to the comics and to the MCU). But the story is not set in the MCU, the Avengers and superheroes do not exist unfortunately, only in comics and movies. Enjoy! xx

Edit (March 5, 2021): All credit for the cover goes to @yarHime I know that a lot of people aren't going to read this but I'm gonna write it anyway! So this is going to be with a fem reader(sorry if thats not ur gender), the first one or two parts are going to just be background info and I encourage you to read them so that way the rest of the story makes sense. I'm also going into this with no kind of layout or plan WHATSOEVER, so we're just gonna see how this goes. I'm going to have an insane updating schedule and I'm sorry for that, but school sucks and homework is inevitably going to get in the way. Enjoy! ⚠️WARNING!!: NONE OF THE TALES OF ARCADIA SHOWS LR CHARACTERS BELONG TO ME!! I ONLY OWN Y/N AND HORNBEAM!!⚠️ Edit (November 30, 2020): this story has been scrapped, stopping somewhere in the 6th episode, "Killahead, Part One". I lost motivation and couldn't work on this without cringing. It stays published for the people who (surprisingly) enjoyed it.Abgeschlossen![Only You [Ciel X Reader] [Fanfic]](https://img.wattpad.com/cover/159386436-256-k316643.jpg)

WARNING: I DO NOT CONDONE THE RELATIONSHIPS SHOWN IN THIS FIC/GAME MINORS DO NOT INTERACT, OR AT LEAST BE +14 WHEN READING FIC DEALS WITH HEAVY TOPIC SUCH AS STALKING, MURDER, ABUSE, SELF HARM AND S/A Y/N's life has been... chaotic. Leaving her family after they broke out into another fit of drama, she left straight to college and got an apartment and a job. Now not only is her roommate not paying their half of the rent, but she's been getting less and less sleep. That is, until she meets an interesting stranger.... [cover is not my art btw!! It used to be before I changed it since I hate my art lol] ♡Abgeschlossen
Tell Me {Ebenezer Scrooge x reader}
Because it is Christmas I felt like doing a short story for the season, that and I've only just watched Netflix's version of a Christmas Carol where they have made Scrooge handsome? Like I was ment to hate this man back in GCSE English and now your making him hot? Anyway just a heads up I didn't want to leave too much out but did leave out a couple of songs here and there. Alright onto the story. Scrooge has always been known to be cold and heartless but none know how he became like that. Not even his wife. Oh did we forget to mention that. Yes Scrooge is married to none other than his business partners daughter. Marly died seven years ago and in his will a request that his daughter marry none other than Scrooge? Simply put it would strengthen Scrooges claim to the business and secure that his daughter lives a comfortable life without her father. She went along with it as it allowed her security and stability in life only meeting her soon to be husband the day of the wedding not knowing what her father had placed upon her shoulders. After seven years of marriage you'd think she'd get through to him but no. He hasn't changed and it seems he never will. But maybe just maybe this Christmas things will change. (Y/N) is 33and Ebenezer is 42. Just a heads up as the avatar age for a woman to be married would have been between 20 and 22 but for the men it didn't really matter. Gross ik, but that's what it was like. I've just made them a bit younger so it's less blegh, when they married she would have been 26 and he would have been 35. I do not own the characters or original story by Charles Dickins, nor the Netflix film just the readers perspective and the ghost I've created for this fan fiction story.Abgeschlossen
