With the help of friends and a therapist who is constantly pestering him, Bucky is given a pardon for his past crimes but as a condition of his parole, he needs to have a partner with him at all times.

The only problem is that his new partner is an absolute disaster.

Elena Constantin is a nightmare of a human being in Bucky's opinion. Too hostile, too brash, and certified bat shit crazy not to mention she has a bad habit of stealing his socks, making out with strange women, and turning every assignment into a fight for survival. Much to his annoyance though, she's the only person on the team who's not afraid of the parts of The Winter Soldier still lurking inside him.
