Following the Tri-Blader Tournament, it seems as though Bel had reached his pinnacle. After all, he'd defeated Rashad Goodman at long last, though he'd lost the final Battle Royale to Valt Aoi and his awakened Ultimate Valkyrie. But as Bel would say, "I'm just preparing for victory!"

So when Bel gets inspired to evolve his Bey, Dangerous Belial, into something even more powerful, more intense, more... ultimate, who can say what Bel is thinking? And what's more, this new Bey of his has inspired several others to evolve their Beys to match the current meta, and some of these figures are figures that are highly recognizable to the World Champion, Valt. New challenges arise, and Bel is prepared to meet it head-on.
