First year of college! Your major is undecided and you're mostly focusing on your core classes right now. Now this isn't going to be your classic "love at first sight" spiel. I shrunk back into my seat as his head snapped towards me. He looked like his head was going to fall off. His eyes were blazing with rage. His face was set into an icy glare. His fists that rested on the table were clenched so hard his knuckles were white. As he stood from his chair so did I. I felt like the prey to the biggest predator in the jungle. I took two steps back for every stride he took towards me. I gulped again before shaking me head. "She's just joking Ace." my voice quivered as I took another two steps back. "How do I know that?" he sneered down at me, his body towering over me. As I went to take another step backwards, my back made contact with the wall behind me. Well great. Now I'm cornered. This is just typical. ............................................................. One girl moves to the big apple after her family disintegrates around her. All she has left is her one brother. Well, that's what she thought. She attends college like a normal girl and even gains a job on the side with someone who just so happens to be her neighbor. One man has lived in a house most of his adult life. He owns multiple clubs and watched as his family disintegrated around him. All he has left is his sister. A small fragile girl moves next door and he finds himself infatuated. He lands her a job... As his assistant. He is dangerous. She is sly. He is rude. She is sweet. "Like In Fairytales"
[Completed✔] "Like in Fairytales this story has princesses and prince with their endearing passion and eternal love and compassion. People who aren't selfish but kind and think of others. People who are perfect." Well I could say this but then I would be lying. This is not a story about perfectionism but the opposite. Where the characters realize that their is as much horror in the light as there is beauty in the dark. Where they learn the only way you can describe life is that it goes on. That love is not finding a soulmate who tames your wildness but someone who runs wild with you. That the only way out of this labyrinth of life is through it. That it takes more than a pulse, a working pair of lungs and a pumping heart to call a homo sapien a human. It's a journey of people, being pretentious and perfect, to being a hot mess. Life may be safer at the sidelines but the real game is in the playground. .... STARTED ON 18TH JANUARY 2020. ENDED ON 19TH NOVEMBER 2020 ..... It's a new project I shall be working on. The updates may be slow. Sorry. It is kind of a spin off on my 'Cole' Series. That book was supposed to highlight the misadventures but it turned into a Fairytale. I Fell in Love with a Bad Boy
CRINGE WARNING! First book I ever wrote on here!! -- "Sometimes the person who you are willing to take a bullet for is the person behind the gun." I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest. They say the blood runs deeper than water, and I believe it, because even though the people that we love can turn on us and begin to hate us, they are only human, meaning that soon they will begin to see how short life really is and how it is not to be wasted. People who seem perfect and they look like they have no floors'; they are the people who are suffering, like I was. But I found my savior in the most uncommon place. He was able to look through my mask, he saw the cracks, and tried to fix the broken girl that hid away deep inside the girl who only wanted to be seen as 'fine'. I slowly began to find comfort and safety in him, and I did the same to him. We were two broken people becoming whole. Someone once said when you pass, if you can count your true friends on one hand you are beyond lucky, and I even though I did not like the person that lay before me, I know that he once had true friends, including me. I'm a 17 year old girl who has suffered more than any other, beginning to believe that 'Hope' was just another word the people throw around. Until I fell in love with a badboy. || COMPLETED || I want to be ready for college, but I'll be leaving everything behind. I don't want to forget my mom, my friends, or the memories made. Then again, I want to move on, run away from the heart break following me. I want to be free, I need to be free. For everything that I know, college could be a restart for highschool. A time where I don't make mistakes or where bad things don't happen, but I know they will. Though focusing on the negative won't lead me anywhere. Sadly though, that's all I ever learned to focus on. Learning things about my family that disgust me, learning about family members I didn't even know existed. It's all new, like morphing into a new body, you have to learn how to control. Sadly I don't know how to control myself, I can't control my emotions. I want to be ready for college, I am. This is a novel about a topic we technically made up randomly and if there are any mistakes, errors, or just places I could fix and add more details please tell me, I want to make this book enjoyable and exciting to read! Also please be aware that some of these will be notice's and this book does need and have a blood warning and a swear warning! Please do be aware if you can't deal with blood this book does get descriptive (Partly true) and I will be explaining what scars, burns and wounds look like and the pain felt for them. This book is more themed in the future than it is nowadays. You may also find some technology that is more futuristic, and there are things talking about the past. Most of the book is switching between views of the main characters. We want you to expect the unexpected in this book, for example: Most books don't kill off the main character, we want you to think we will kill off one of them.
