Twenty nine years have passed since that fateful Halloween night when Rowena helped Max, Dani and Allison to stop the Sanderson Sisters from stealing the lives of the children of Salem, despite her past history with the sisters, Sarah in particular. Now, Rowena deals with a new challenge. She is the mother of sixteen year old Cassandra "Cassie" Pendragon and six year old Evanora "Nora" Pendragon, though her biggest secret is that her daughters are also the biological children of Sarah Sanderson, as they were conceived using a potion containing both Rowena and Sarah's DNA.
