For those who don't know what the Hanahaki disease is: It's a disease where someone who has one-sided love with someone starts coughing up flowers, the flowers basically become their lungs. The only way for the disease to end is either by the other loving the one with the disease back or by the one with the disease dying because of it.
So yeah!! Most things I wanna say are said in the end of the story so yup that's it
