For three months 16 year old Talia has been in a coma. One day the government decides to Nuke the states minus a few scattered towns. Despite being hospitalized the young girl and those close to her make it through the nuking. When Talia awakens she finds that they are now left to live under the control of a ruthless dictator.

~Thank you for the continued love for this series! I was 13 when I began this book, and am now taking the time to go back to completely rewrite it, and maybe just publish someday~ I'm 15 and my name is Astrix. Let's start with that. That seems like an easy thing to start with. Now, let me add in some other details. I live in a zombie apocalypse. Yeah, that's about as enjoyable as I can make it seem. Have you ever dreamt of a world with no adults? admit it, you thought it would be great right? no-one to tell you what to do or tell you off, but for a young girl of the age of sixteen, this is her life. She must survive to look after her siblings and herself. The world has turned into a crazy place with tribes ruleing and with street fights and the cities damaged. Its a place where kids rule, only its how they chose to survive that can get them through in the end. The eyes that carry immortality
A girl was living an average and normal life with her mom, dad, and sister. Everything was fine, and everything was going great for this family, until one event cause the whole family to shatter in pieces. A 4 year old girl being the one who took most of the damage. As she grew older, she began to falter more and more, until she reached what you would call rock bottom. Her life was just the beginning of what you would call pure chaos, until it all was set ablaze.
