This story was initially created to be a slow-burn xreader fanfic.
The starting point is written from the daycare attendants perspective.
This is a work in progress that I had to put on hold due to life situational stuff, so please expect updates to be slow as I get back into writing it.

-Reflections of the heart-
A soft hum was the only response given to the quiet interruption of Moon's contemplation. It was an innocent question, one which he preferred not to simply just give away the answer to. Moon was never really one to share his thoughts, unlike his counterpart. It could be... frustrating at times. For Sun would not only share his own thoughts, but Moon's as well on occasion.
Not this one though, never this one. Unlike the usual reason of it being that standoffishness was just in Moon's nature, he truly did fear what might happen if he were to share. What was on his mind, you had asked. He couldn't possibly reveal that the answer to the question was the very person who had raised such a query in the first place.

A sun and moon xreader fan fiction where moon isn't a total pervert and only has bad intentions?! The reader with be portrayed as gender neutral so people of all identities can read! The following story will involve; Fluff and strong language, as a touch deprived individual this story will definitely be a big comfort for me to write. Gonna make me jealous/j You're free to come up with your own backstory but it'll still lead up to you moving out into your own room in an apartment complex. Of course there's going to be a dorm awaiting you in the daycare beside sun and moon, how could there not be? I think the concept of being 'neighbors' with them would be adorable. You could just walk over to their doors if you had a nightmare or go over for sleepovers and it'll be so cute and wholesome and- Haha, okay I'll stop rambling. Some reminders. 𝑳𝑰𝑸𝑼𝑰𝑫𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵 Working at a large and controversial PizzaPlex associated with Freddy Fazbears Pizzeria that was torn years ago seemed like a bright idea to (Y/N), a feisty airhead who was currently collecting dust in her wallet. A lover of children, she applied for a position inside the daycare, where she heard that she would be assisting the childcare animatronic that was made to take care of children in large groups and keep them entertained with puzzles, puppet shows, glitter glue, and movies. Optimistic as ever the female did her best approach to the situation but once she met the daycare attendant, her positive attitude was demolished by the not-so-bright Sun and the counterpart she had yet to learn about. Gaining his trust would prove to be difficult, but (Y/N) couldn't give up, she needed the money after all. After eventually gaining the trust of the solar animatronic, he begins to change drastically. His stares softened and strayed from hate over the ongoing months, and his fans sped up increasingly whenever she'd come too close to him. If only she'd realized sooner that Sun's stares had become looks of longing and of lust, if only she knew what went on through their shared headspace, and if only she had been less dense, maybe she wouldn't be running for her life.
