    Many would call Eren Yeager a thief if they saw his crime on paper. For the last two years, he was locked in the dungeons over three stolen apples and is due to spend another thirteen behind bars if the fates are good. At least, that's what he assumed until the King of Paradis offers a way to clear his sentence: travel to the farthest reach of the kingdom and rescue a princess. Should he succeed, the King would pardon Eren's crimes. Should he fail, he would be beheaded. It sounded like an easy enough choice at the time.
