George doesn't feel the best for the past month. So many happened and he changed. However, he's got a letter from his best friend after a long time and who knows, if it will change his life.

Life is going fine for George until he starts feeling... weird. Everytime he talks to Dream, he gets butterflies- Yearning for the joyful sound of Dreams laugh- But, panic starts to set in. Their only best friends, right? George doesn't want anything more, at least he doesn't think. Fearing that these stupid feelings will ruin evrything, George decideds to take a break from the internet. Things in his life change. He loses his apatite. He loses sleep. And, hes losing his connection with Dream. Yet hes still panicking. As he starts to fall into a deep state of depression, he hears a knock at his door. "Who could that be" George groans as he walks across the cold, hard floor to the door. As he twists the handle, it creaks. Shock freezes his whole body. "Dream?!" Trigger Warnings throughout the book include - Panic attacks, anxiety attacks, vomiting, passing out, suicidal thoughts, attempt suicide, rude language, and physical violence.

Ive done as much research on it as I could, and I tied my own experiences with Anxiety and RSD into it. If there is anything remotely incorrect or rude in the way it is represented or interacted with inside this book please inform me and Ill make an effort to correct it! Thank you! ~ For reference, any dialogue quoted through * * is sign language, which isn't used too heavily in this story but there will be references to it. Just for a sake of simplicity so I don't have to describe the motions every time. Additionally, if any quotes are italicized, that means they are through text or writing. [FINISHED] George has to live with extreme anxiety. He never talks to people and locks himself in his room. One day he needs to go to the supermarket. A random boy, named Clay, walks up to him, he makes George run away. The boy keeps contacting him. Why does George feel so comfortable around him? He isn't allowed to. How does this random guy do this, calm him down all the time? What starts with just a small conversation ends in way more than ever expected. 'Why did you start talking to me?' It's almost Dreams birthday so George decideds to go to Florida to surprise Dream, Sapnap helps with the planning and gets George there. But George's past makes it hard for him to stay there.
