It's the month of December in South Park. Everyone is waiting for Christmas Break to arrive and finally get to open up the stacks of presents their parents had gotten them. 

Craig decides to invite Tweek over to his house for them to spend time together on the extended weekend due to the snow. Craig's Parents leave for a family emergency with his grandmother while his sister stays with a friend of hers. 

They have a great time, enjoying the others company.
