The date is 28 December 2004:
A mysterious figure has been haunting a university in Tokyo for the past 19 years, and no one knows who's the ghost of this mysterious figure. Meanwhile, Langa Ichimura is hit with a surprise notice that he will have to move to Japan from Ottawa, Canada. That means 2 things for Langa: Adjusting to life at a new university, and leaving the place he called "home" for 19 years. Once he arrived in Japan, he didn't understand anything that was going on in the Japanese life, let alone being half Japanese himself. When he gets settled into his university dorm, his roommate is none other than Mei Misaki, a girl who suffers from the same thing as Langa: Heterochromia. Despite their similarites, both share one goal in mind: Finding out who is the mysterious figure in this haunted university that Langa arrived at. As the two are working together on the mission to find the mysterious figure, or rather, ghost behind this, they'll come across stuff that'll make them wonder the speciality of their mission.
