He stepped closer to Elio, their noses inches apart.

"I told you already," Mattheo said, leaning closer. A singular curl fell over his scarred forehead as his fists seized her robes, pulling her close. She could smell his cologne faintly. She inhaled the sweet aroma of gingerbread and cigarette smoke. "I die. We both fucking die,"

He trembled as he continued, "I was given 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐘 𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐒."

IN WHICH Mattheo Riddle is given two choices; get publicly executed at dawn or make Elio Daine fall in love with him.

He chose choice two stupidly, disallowing his father to finish his masterful and threatening compromise.

It is now Mattheo's duty to make Elio fall inlove with him in forty days with concrete evidence. If he failed to do so, they would both fall directly into Voldemort's scheme of inevitable death.
