They told us not to resist it. They told us that it would all be over soon. They lied. ~~~ Peter and his classmates find themselves thrown into a horribly sickening game, twisted and just utterly wrong. Except they're the pawns, not the players. Now their lives no longer belong to them. Every night, someone has to go. Every night, Peter and the kids around him have to let one kid leave the room for the night. His life was changed when he was bitten by a radioactive spider. He never asked for this. He's just a kid living in a world where a teenager can't do anything right without being judged by someone. And when you have two identities, well, let's just say that it's certainly not easy. This is a collection of Peter Parker oneshots that I've written in my free time. PTR Arachnid 24601, now known as Peter Parker, was stolen away from his parents at the young age of two. HYDRA kidnapped him, experimenting on him and turning him into an enhanced human assassin with abilities akin to a spider. Peter grew up surrounded by nothing but pressuring dim halls and voices tearing through his consciousness like bullets to his head. He never thought he'd get a chance at freedom. There was no he'd see the world outside of the missions that were mostly wiped from his memory. But when the base is under attack one day, he finds himself suddenly thrust into the real world, alongside the opportunity to reconnect with an old friend. Cover art does not belong to me. Credit to that person (please no copyright). All of these amazing characters belong to Marvel and Disney. The only thing that's barely mine is the plot/story. The route to school was familiar, a blur of sidewalks and crosswalks. I cut through an alleyway- a shortcut I'd taken countless times before, despite the uneasy vibe it gave me. I've seen too much in alleyways to feel completely at ease, but desperate times call for desperate measures, right? At first, it was fine. I hurdled my bag over the wire fence that bisected the alley and started climbing. But then it hit me- that subtle hum at the back of my skull. My spider-sense. It started as a whisper, a soft ring of caution. But in seconds, it swelled into a deafening alarm. My hand gripped the top of the fence, my neck craning to glimpse whatever was behind me. Then, before I could process the danger, I felt it-a sharp, familiar sting. A taser. Pain shot through me, and my muscles locked as if every nerve was set ablaze. My thoughts scattered, but one thing remained clear: I freakin hate tasers. My body went limp, falling gracelessly to the cold, unforgiving concrete. Post NWH; fixit. In the weeks and months following the spell, Peter's life has been... suboptimal. Nothing particularly terrible has happened (yet), but every day he goes longer and longer without meaningful personal contact, he feels like he loses a part of himself. He's really not sure how much longer he can keep this up. Meanwhile, MJ and Ned keep having weird experiences. Memories seem to flash and flutter, disappearing before they can grasp them, and it's getting increasingly annoying. It feels like they're missing something big, but with their friendship intact, senior year coming to a close, and the looming promise of MIT in the fall, they can't tell what it is. Between the mystery of Peter Parker (the coffee boy who keeps showing up at her job), the unreliability of her own memories, and the stress of her school life, MJ doesn't quite know how to feel. But she's always loved a good mystery, and Peter Parker certainly is one.Lengkap
