The Day the Earth Forgot

Emmy, a average girl, lived in a small town in New York. She would walk across the busy streets and greet well known by-passers and listen to the sounds of the city. She really enjoyed the sounds of taxies racing by, constant honking, and just the city and it's alive feeling. She later finds herself lost and confused of her surroundings. It's as if everyone has been wiped of the earth's memory but her except the fact she has no memory of anything that has ever happened I her life. How will this planet's memory come back?
