The 800th Hunger Games, Katniss never volunteered for Prim, who passed in the Games, therefore the rebellion never happened. The twist is that there are no weapons and each tribute gets a team of mutts (mutated animals) loyal only to them, who die when they die. The mutts are unable to leave within 20 yards of the tribute.
