Izabelle Brady is not your average maiden. She is not a princess...far from, in fact. She is from a poor family and, when her Mother and brother die and her father is killed, she is forced to continue what her father has done for years: stealing. She steals for food for herself and 4 other children in similar situations. She, however, has a more difficult time due to a certain obstacle she must deal with constantly: she is deaf. Can her knight in shining armor save her from the gallows?
