In the world of wolfs their divided by packs that are located all around the world. And in each one there's two leaders, an Alpha and a Luna. And only those leaders can create other leaders.
The Luna is the essence of a pack, the heart. And without one the Alphas soon loose control, becoming more wolf then man. So when the packs are at war and someone decides to take the heart but ends up stopping it it leaves destruction in its wake. Luna's soon become rare and not long after nonexistent, leaving dozens of packs slowly dwindling.
So what happens when a Luna is discovered and dozens of Alphas would do anything to have her?

Her mother being a famous and respected doctor in the werewolf society she had only one dream and it was to become a doctor like her mom.
