Phoenix a 19 year old villian-ish person with a limit on how far they will go. They will never kill and never will, unless by accident. Everyone hates them: "Good" people and "bad" people. But certain good people don't, suprisingly. It never gets to them because it's always been the case. They honestly don't give a crap and I don't think they can. It might kill them, but they don't care about that either. They want to change from commiting crimes to stopping them instead they find themselves doing both... at the same time. So enjoy this book and I hope you have a nice day. Also this is cringe so sorry about all of this but I will still write it though
