By 1899, the age of outlaws and gunslingers was at an end. America was becoming a land of laws... Even the west had mostly been tamed. A few gangs still roamed but they were being hunted down and destroyed. The Van der Linde gang is one of them, currently fleeing the law up north into the mountains.
This outstanding story has inspired me to put it into writing for myself but also for those who don't play video games. I want everyone to enjoy the beautiful store Rockstar has created.

He had been riding with the Van Der Linde Gang ever since, gaining the respect and loyalty within. But with the gang being hunted down by the Pinkertons because of Blackwater and with the advent of progress and the time of outlaws dying out. Robert has to re-evaluate his place in the world, in a world were outlaws, cowboys, killers and thieves were no longer wanted. His relationship with Mary-Beth is on the line as she has been drawn closer to him, though his heart is still torn over his previous lover's loss.
