Super-0 to Super-Hero

A girl in her early 20s was born into a family of supers who's family tree goes back hundreds of years. Her lack of powers gets her down frequently, especially when she sees her talented Powerful parents saving the world on tv 24-7.
Although famous for her lack of power, it feels a burden. Her parents hoped she would just be a late bloomer but through childhood nothing ever happened.
Luckily, she has a boyfriend who is facing a similar sort of crisis with his family. Just like her he is a burden, a shame and a disgrace of his large powerful family. Yet his isn't quite the same although he too is an outcast. His parents swim in money like his sibling too but he just doesn't quite fit in.
When the powerless girls parents go missing, she must find the true villain and save them to prove herself to them with the help of her "embarrassment" of a boyfriend.
