Our favorite star Elvis Presley learns to love the smaller things in life...

Elvis is working on the 1964 film Roustabout, which takes place at a carnival. There on the set, he meets a variety of people - a man who can swallow swords, a man a foot taller than him, and a woman who is twice his weight. Of course, these people are all extras with a unique talent or trait that got them onto the set. Among these special people is twenty-four-year-old Shannon Comm. She's an extra, as well as the resident vet, and she owns a friendly spaniel. Well, we all know how much Elvis loves animals... and women. Being involved with this one, though, or even being close to her, will cause problems. Why? She's only three-and-half feet tall, and everyone mistakes her for a person more than half her age. Regardless, the sparks fly. Hey, she may be the height of a child, but she's still a beautiful woman with a huge love for animals and huge blue eyes. How can Elvis resist?

This may not come as too much of a surprise, since he loved younger women and even dated a girl half his age near the end of his life. I just wanted to take my own spin of this idea. It is 1974, and Elvis is busy doing shows in Vegas. He is still in a bit of a slump because of his divorce with Priscilla the year before, and, for the first time in his life, he doesn't want to have anything to do with romance. He just tries to stay busy. Well, all is thrown off-kilter when he happens to see a young bellhop at the hotel he's living and working in being mistreated. Of course, he will have none of that. Turns out the lad is a young woman, to his surprise, as her blonde hair escapes her bellhop hat. This blonde beauty looks no older than twenty-one, but... well, we all know how much Cupid loves toying with Elvis. And this girl, who happens to not be much of a fan of Elvis, is shocked when she starts feeling something for a man nearly twice her age! Deanne is tall, and that makes her the brunt of everyone's jokes, ever since she was a child in grade school. Now, being 20 and 6-foot-7, the harassment still doesn't stop, even on a movie set. Thanks to her father, she was chosen to be an extra in Elvis Presley's new movie Kid Galahad. That means being close to and maybe even being friends with her six-year-long star-crush. This is too good to be true! She knows, though, that there's absolutely no chance with him because she's seven inches taller than he is, and he's a world-famous star who has a teen girlfriend who he met in Germany. No other woman has a chance with him, besides Joan Blackman, who plays his love interest in the movie, and who he is in love with. He also has another girlfriend Anita Wood. So, yes, Deanne doesn't have a chance. He has two girlfriends, he's in love with another woman, and... guys don't like tall girls. Elvis is intrigued with this very tall girl who becomes his coworker on the movie set. She is kind, funny and extremely pretty, but she has a lack of self-esteem since she seems to be hassled and made fun of because of her height - no one sees the real her since her height masks it. Well, maybe he can do something about this so she can see herself as an incredible and beautiful individual, inside and out. Falling for her is a possibility, regardless of his teen girlfriend Priscilla, other girlfriend Anita Wood, and love for his co-star Joan.
