|Mental Health Series under PaperInk Imprints| In 2022, Fortune Sanchez had never imagined herself to be involved into something she never dreamed of. Suffering from a chronic insomnia, she had been a mental health advocate and was a low-key fan of the band "The Flames" whom she thought would never be part of her life. Nonetheless, what could be the twists and turns right after she received an unexpected business email in her inbox? The Flames was an indie pop rock band who was known during their time. Upon winning many awards all throughout their career in the music industry, their name had been a bomb when they released their single "Huwag Muna" in 2024. However, this was actually a story of what happened 15 years ago. If not for the two college students who made the band as the subject of their school project entitled "Reviving the Dead Flames", would their story still be alive in 2037?

Past is past and it's no longer existing. It should be forgotten, yet needs to be remembered to figure out some things. I'm young, not in a rush, but by the time this thing came in my way, I don't even know how to stop. I'm young, but has comprehension. I know that this thing is called "love". How you define love will be based on how you experienced it. For me, I'm quite unlucky. Love is bittersweet. Should be forgotten, but the past is haunting me, showing me every single detail about it. The poisonous past that chokes me for the time being. ~~~ Note: This entire story was written in combined language of Filipino (Tagalog) and English. Some of the characters I'll include here were borrowed by me from some old books that existed, and some from Kate Winslet's movie character/role. Credits to the real owners. (The rest were all made by me) Expect any kinds of errors (typographical, grammatical, punctuational, spellings) because I'm not perfect and this is unedited so sorry for that in advance. Started (the whole idea): June 07, 2020 Started (rewriting): April 29, 2021 Completed: June 07, 2021
