GDU is a non-governmental University where students and faculties have their own world and community inside their barriers. The students here are mostly children of influential people that were also alumnus and stakeholders of this University, while some are scholars and privileged students. That's why a lot of less fortunate families and students also wanted to enroll in this prestigious school, dahil siguradong kapag sa GDU ka nag-graduate ay sigurado na ang napaka-ganda mong future. But, it's not just about your family's power and wealth, and it's not just about having high grades for scholars, because you also have to create your own identity inside this world to be part of an organization where benefits would flood under your name. The Rank 13. It is a ranking of 13 students who tops everything, in academics, and 'matches'. Since this is a non-governmental University, hindi maaaring paki-alaman ng gobyerno ang mga nangyayari sa loob ng Unibersidad, hindi ito sakop ng pamahalaan, except, kapag may napatay ang isang estudyante ng GDU na hindi parte ng kanilang komunidad.
