Sarah, along with her love rival Rachel Wade, was under the effects of a poisonous love potion administered by a worthless punk named Joshua Camacho.

Sarah was already suffering from immense heartache over Joshua's philandering ways. On 15 April 2009, her heart was punctured by Joshua's other sex slave.

Her emotional mess ended once and for all after uttering her last words: "It hurts", to Joshua over the phone. One can wonder if she meant it both literally and figuratively. She departed the world with the Grim Reaper, who added another miserable soul to his collection.
