A young, mid-twenties man by the name of Joel Patterson works as a Field Operator for a secret organization known as the Crisis Aversion Syndicate, or CAS. In his many missions, he must eliminate national threats while also avoiding the suspicion of local police and federal agents. His superiors don't make his job any easier by also making him juggle keeping an eye on his partner and underling, a coming-of-age young adult and newly recruited Junior Field Operator, Charlotte Castman. In his current mission with Charlotte on the field with him, Joel must learn to work with a partner and to aid a squad while tracking down a Venezuelan criminal ringleader, Mauricio Perez.
