A young, mid-twenties man by the name of Joel Patterson works as a Field Operator for a secret organization known as the Crisis Aversion Syndicate, or CAS. In his current mission with Charlotte on the field with him, Joel must learn to work with a partner and to aid a squad while tracking down a Venezuelan criminal ringleader, Mauricio Perez.
