Alessia Bernard is the heir of one of the most pristine pureblood families to exist. She was always taught to never let anyone see you sweat. So, she is by default a prim and proper control freak.

She has attended Beaux Batons throughout all of her magical schooling, but when a magical event takes place at Hogwarts, she is forced to attend the school that she would rather become a muggle than step foot onto the grounds.

To make matters worse, she is forced to be potions partners with George Weasley. The most care free soul in the school. He could care less if be puts the wrong ingredient in a horribly dangerous potion, in fact he would love to see what would happen. And he most definitely wouldn't bat an eye-lash after burping at a very important business dinner.
