Mutants and Mutates, are controversial topics around the globe, if you're the Avengers' Hulk and Captain America, you're prized protectors of the world. But if you're the X-Men, you're the scum of the Earth. Support and hatred for Mutants and Mutates are back and forth across America, but in Royal Woods, it's 95% Anti-Mutant Propaganda, and The Louds aren't in that 95% either.

But when a mysterious backer for Lisa's experiments sends her DNA of some of the most powerful Mutants and Mutates. The little scientist couldn't help but do some experiments on her siblings. Slowly turning them into Mutates while they slept. But when their powers were awakened, they didn't get a warm reception. Instead, their house was torched and Lincoln got a lot of acid to the face. Causing the Louds to flee from Royal Woods and split up.

One year, three weeks, six days, and... Fourteen minutes after that fiasco, Lincoln and Lynn return to Royal Woods, as Lincpool & Lynn-23. Or rather, returning to Royal Lakes City, a city built after the union of Royal Woods and Great Lakes City. How will these two Anti-Heroes do in this new town? What forces will they face? Let's find out.
