"Comatose" is a harrowing tale of five prisoners who choose to undergo a new experimental form of punishment for their crimes - an induced coma. The procedure promises to shorten their sentences and give them a fresh start upon awakening. However, what they encounter in their comatose state is beyond anything they could have imagined.
As they delve deeper into their subconscious minds, they are confronted by unimaginable horrors that slowly but surely begin to break them down mentally. The line between reality and nightmare blurs, and they must fight to maintain their sanity amidst the chaos.
The five prisoners come from different walks of life, each with their own dark pasts, and as they struggle to survive the horrors of their comatose state, they must confront their deepest fears and regrets. Will they be able to come out of their induced coma unscathed, or will it ultimately destroy them?
