In the 80s people were grown to hate homosexuals, especially Derry. Hell, if somebody found out that a Derry citizen is a homosexual, they would be killed the next hour. Tho, yes a lot of families there were Jewish or just against homosexuals but somehow, this little boy. He was different. He didn't believe in all that crap, he just believed In genuine love. He wanted love. Tho at the time he was just 13 what could he know! Well....he knew a lot about love.

Specific moves that are intricately structured with the perfect opportunities to lead him to the top. Eddie is the fucking poster boy of perfection. But unfortunately, nobody is perfect. And when a certain someone threatens the spot on top that Eddie has reserved for himself, the ugly side of him unleashes, and things get... messy. Let's just say that Eddie Kaspbrak would do anything for his reputation. And that includes befriending a complete moron, despite it's challenges. And it's challenges... are a fucking lot. But he's willing to get his hands dirty for the deed. As they all say, keep your friends close, and your enemies closer. Or, alternatively: Eddie Kaspbrak is a know it all, and believes he has battled heroically through all the high school classes he needs to ace in order to succeed in life and to know what he's doing all throughout. And he does know what he's doing, for the most part, up until Richie Tozier comes along, and fucks everything up. Eddie has to soon realize that life isn't just dots and dashes and letters and numbers. People are people, and life is bigger than he's ever known before. So his current friends make some few new friends. Stan is in love with Bill. And he can admit that...to Eddie. Eddie knows, and he's always been super supportive. Derry doesn't like Queer people. Stan isn't out, but he'd still do anything for his close friends...well...crush. Ben is on the football team. He's shy, but he's been friends with Bev since freshman year. She'd come up to him and spoke to him in one of their shared classes one day. Since then he's had a massive crush on her. Mike doesn't talk much. He's quiet and un confrontational, but he'd Fuck someone up if they hurt Ben. Ben is like a younger brother to him even though they are the same age, and he may not be mean, but for Ben, he can be.
